Welcome to Yasporta. By visiting yasporta.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About us Yasporta is an online store selling sports products in Pakistan. Contact: contact@yasporta.com.
2. Using the website You agree to use the site lawfully and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or submit false information. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.
3. Products and pricing
- We try to show product descriptions, colours and images as accurately as possible, but your screen may display colours slightly differently.
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and availability may change without notice.
- If a product is listed at the wrong price or is out of stock, we may cancel your order and will let you know.
4. Orders Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm and dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or a customer we cannot reach to confirm.
5. Payment All orders are Cash on Delivery. You must pay the full amount, including the shipping fee, to the courier when you receive your parcel. Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in us declining future orders from you.
6. Shipping and returns Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund and Return Policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property All content on this site, including the Yasporta name, logo, text, images and design, belongs to Yasporta or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.
8. Product use and safety Sports activities carry a risk of injury. Use our products as intended and follow any instructions or safety guidance provided. We are not liable for injury caused by misuse of a product.
9. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent allowed by law, Yasporta is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.
10. Links to other sites Our site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
11. Changes to these terms We may update these terms at any time. Changes apply from the date they are posted on this page.
12. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan.
